Version 2.2.0.x is inappropriate because of major changes that are going in to master.

If, as is expected, this bug is implemented prior to 2.2.0M02, then all bugs with target milestone 2.2.0.M02 should be changed to have target milestone 3.0.0.M01.

All repos are now versioned at 3.0 and all issues with a target milestone of 2.2.0.M02 are now 3.0.0.M01.
