The repositories linked from specific build pages seem to be missing some pack.gz files:
http://download.eclipse.org/e4/sdk/drops/S-4.1M4a-201012161305/repository

This causes mirroring problems:
[p2.mirror] Artifact not found: packed: org.eclipse.update.feature,org.eclipse.cvs,1.3.100.v20101029-7B77FO-8sF7B7AHDN4GQ75.

The equivalent site
http://download.eclipse.org/eclipse/updates/4.1-I-builds/I20101216-1305
is also missing some pack.gz, but does not claim in its artifacts.xml to have them.

repo is now much better for pack.gz files.
