When one defines a grammar for a manual defined metamodel the plugin.xml will be produced with empty content. This results in a Plug-in Problem marker:

Description	Resource	Path	Location	Type
A plug-in manifest must contain at least one extension or extension point	plugin.xml	/project	line 1	Plug-in Problem

In this case no plugin.xml should be produced.
