Using "cvs" as a package segment causes problems on Mac OS and Windows since cvs gets confuses it with the CVS folder. To work around this I suggest that we follow the platform and rename the packge to ccvs.

Done. If you had previously checked out the org.eclipse.mylyn.cvs.core plug-in please check out a fresh copy from /cvsroot/mylyn/org.eclipse.mylyn.versions .
