Build Identifier: M20100909-0800

in C/C++, function breakpoint, after external edition, does not follow its function.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Add fonction breakpoint
2. Edit externally the source file of this function (add some blank lines at the head)
3. Refresh this file in eclipse
4. Close and reopen file tab in eclipse (it is an another bug) breakpoints are not visible)
4. => the breakpoint will not move to its function
