The Manifest Entries tab on the Deployment Assemblies properties page is difficult to use with large worksaces because there are no sorting capabilities.  The attached patch adds a three toggle sorting capability to each column.  When clicking on a column header will cause the table to be sorted forwards, backwards, and then not sorted.  This works for both columns and also works for the table presented to the user when adding new entries.
