See attached screenshots: the project specific settings for JSP validator contain a label text "org.eclipse.jdt.ui.propertyPages.ProblemSeveritiesPreferencePage not found"

I verified it against wtp-M-3.2.3-20101216132833.zip: the text is fine now. But I cannot close this issue because I am not the creator.
