Using the drop-down calendar with clock, if you use only the left/right arrow buttons to change the month and/or year, it never sends the selection event.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. In debug mode or with something listening to the selection event, open a drop-down CDateTime widget
2. Press the left/right arrow buttons to change the month or year
3. Use the green check to close the widget
4. Notice that the selection event never got sent
