When running tests for virgo.kernel the ConfigurationDeploymentTests timeout. This may be caused by some daemons/servers running on the same machine or just by not enough CPU or disk resources.

The tests should be running OK on slower or busy hardware since often this is just a temporary drop in the performance (especially using virtualization).

Fixed - the timeout of the test is increased to 60 seconds
