AFAIK the source code of e4 is not included in the e4 download. For example if I open ESelectionService in e4 M3 I do not see the source code. 

I think given that e4 is still heavily under development it is useful to include the source code into the download / build.

This bug if for including the source for the UI compoments and the core services.
