If I go start with "gef downloads" at 
http://www.eclipse.org/gef/downloads/

And click on a link for recent I-build, then the URL has a zip in it, but the displayed page just has info on where to get zips, updates, etc.

Where as hand creating the link directly to download.php (at eclipse, not at gef) give the expected list of mirrors to select from:

David, this got broken when I refactored the web site to the new Nova Theme. I replaced the contents of the old download.php with the web page to display user information. I restored it now and use downloads.php instead for this purpose.
