1. Edit php script as

<?php
$s=<<<EOM
zzz...
EOM;
echo $s;

2. Move cursor on line 4 (before "EOM;")
3. Hit space key
=>Nothing happened. Space is not inserted.
"java.lang.Error: Error: could not match input" in .log

It is reproducible on Windows by converting line delimiters to Unix.
