Build Identifier: M20100909-0800

I am programming for Android, when i build the UI, i have the properties tab that help me with the config options. But when i click on (...) button, nothing happens. Video on YouTube: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4GXsCjX_CGc

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a Android Projetct
2. Open the file res/layout/main/xml
3. Put Edit Text component on UI
4. Open Properies tab
5. Go to Input type
6. Try to click on (...) button
