Build Identifier: ODA 3.3.1 V201008030730

Version 3.3.1 has addtional methods in Iconnection and Iquery but the latest documentation does not inlcude these addtional methods.

IConnection has an extra method setLocale
IQuery has the following addtional methods compared to version 3.1.3

If there are additonal methods in other classes those methods should also be added to documentation
