Recently, I realize that my Help menu is missing. As as result, I could not access its sub-menu to install plugins. How do I restore it back?

My current menu is shown as this order:
Eclipse, File, Edit, Search, Scripts, Run

Note: I was using Eclipse Galileo when I realize the 'Help' menu is missing. Then, I tried to install Eclipse Helios and still cannot find the 'Help' menu anywhere.

Reproducible: Always

Find out why. It was customised and the 'Help' menu is hidden.
