Create query dialog allows for only one owner/cc/reporter.

I was going to create a "My Relevant Tickets" query but via the current interface the owner, reporter, and cc are in one dropdown box so I can't say download all tasks "where reporter is mike and cc is mike".

Sounds like a good idea to support more than one search criterium for people like Bugzilla does.
