Editor options have all of the Content Assist and Typing options enabled.

While typing xml, the editor treats a > within an attribute as the end of a tag, inserting incorrect code (resulting in <t a="></t>").

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open an xml file in the xml editor.
2. Move the cursor to a legal position for a new xml tag.
3. Type something like <t a=">
