Some population model strings are not being resolved
for example,
mouse over the icons for new population model or population model initializer
or
look at STEM/Preferences and expand visualization

The strings seem to be in the population model plugin.properties file but are not picked up

Fixed in the 1.1.1 release, the manifest was missing the Bundle-Localization: plugin entry.
