I'm trying to set up git access as described here http://wiki.eclipse.org/Git

The wiki mentions that both sftp and ssh may be blocked. Please advise.

C:\Program Files\Git\bin>ssh dplatonof@git.eclipse.org
ssh: connect to host git.eclipse.org port 22: Bad file number

C:\Users\Dmitry\Sonatype\m2e-core>git push
ssh: connect to host git.eclipse.org port 22: Bad file number
