I deleted a reference that is used by many consumers in my use scan.  The problem marker showed up correctly, but has many repeated plug-in entries.  Having the same plug-in listed more than once is not helpful.  Furthermore, the description text limit is hit, so it doesn't tell me what the problem actually is.

Three suggestions

1) Remove duplicate plug-ins
2) If the text is too long, replace with a ... and others
3) Put the basic description at the start so it can be understood from the problems view.

Fix

Changes the problem messages to put the shorter strings first.  Fixes the duplication problem (incorrect string.split()).
