If you log into the portal using your bugzilla credentials and somehow manage to navigate to the Bugzilla Self Management page, you see this message: -- It looks like you don't have access to edit any bugzilla components. Talk to the PL or PMC of your project(s) -- It would be more helpful, I think, if we tell the user that they should try to login using committer credentials. Even better would be to make this work with whatever credentials the user uses, but I understand at the difficulty level of that is much higher :-)
I've updated the text to the following: It looks like you don't have access to edit any bugzilla components, or you have not logged into the portal with your comitter credentials. Either talk to the PL or PMC of your project(s), or try logging in with your committer id and password. -M.
