When creating the Workspace baseline using ApiBaselineManager.createWorkspaceBaseline, it creates wrong apicomponent. This happens because it first collects the IDs and then do a findModel to get the pluginmodel. This sometimes give the not-intended model when there are multiple projects with same plugin-id are present (and one is binary while other is not).
