In Eclipse 3.7 the plugin version for the plugin org.apache.lucene.analysis has changed from 1.9.1 to 2.9.1.  This causes a plugin version validation error in the plugin org.eclipse.datatools.sqltools.result.ui, since the specified version range is [1.4.0,2.0.0).

Need to increase the upper bound of the version range to 3.0.0.

Not bothering with a patch, since it's a one-digit change to the version tolerance range for the org.apache.lucene.analysis entry in the MANIFEST.MF file of plugin o.e.d.sqltools.result.ui.
