On a process that terminates quickly, the last few lines of process output may not display in the console window. 

The data is being correctly sent, and correctly received by the workbench, but the Eclipse console view/class is being closed too quickly.  This is likely due to a race condition that previously existed, and that has been brought to light by a slight change in the timing by the socket data buffering change made in bug 330742.
