Build: 8.0.0-I201011050851

Testcase:
- open the Preferences dialog
- navigate to C/C++>Code Analysis page
- select a problem name with a shorter message, for example "Coding Style / Name convention for function"
- drag the right edge of the Preferences dialog to make the dialog narrower
- select the problem name "Coding Style / Return with parenthesis"
- the bottom edge of the message in the Info section is truncated

This section was remove from the preferences, tooltip is used now
