Build Identifier: 3.6.1

I have excluded the path "tmp" for DTD, XML and XML Schema validation for my project but I still get "No grammar constraints (DTD or XML schema) detected for the document."

The folder "tmp" is in the root folder of my project.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Run validation on the attached test case.
