Build Identifier: I20100727-1520

AntRunner returns always 0 even if the build fails.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Insert <fail> in the main target of the product being built
2.Execute build product with : eclipsec -application org.eclipse.ant.core.antRunner -buildfile build.xml -consoleLog
3.echo %ERRORLEVEL% prints always 0

Currently we are not actively enhancing PDE build anymore. Therefore, I close this bug as WONTFIX. 

Please reopen, if you plan to provide a fix.
