The patch contains the following changes: - Added a more precise description of how the initial contributions will be handled. - Added Hugues Marlphettes as an initial committer.

Created attachment 185541 [details] Patch for the proposal (2010.12.20) Hi Wayne, I updated the proposal and extended it with the following topics: - Added Beyhan Veliev as an initial committer. - Added Kaloyan Raev, Karsten Schmidt and Krasimir Semerdzhiev (all SAP) to the interested parties. - Added an initial contribution by SAP. - Extended the scope of the project to cover automated systems. It would be nice if you can commit the patch to the online version of the proposal. Thanks in advance. Regards Holger

This patch includes the uncommitted changes form the last one and some new changes. The new changes are: - Added description of EclipseSource's initial contribution.
Creation review has been requested. Received via emo inbox: -- I would like to ask if you can schedule a creation review for the RT Packaging (RTP) project? I think the community gathering has made good progress. We have three different companies aboard with 7 committers. 10 interested parties and three initial contributions. Of course we also have two mentors. -- Trademark review has been initiated.
Trademark is approved. I have recommended Jan 12-19 for the review period.

Created attachment 187176 [details] Error while submitting NPPR When I try to submit the NPPR I get the following error (see the attached image). I guess that the project id is not valid. The id in the form is rt.rt-packaging This is strange because it's parent project is the EPP project. So, my understanding of the id leads to this id: technology.epp.rtp or technology.epp.rt-packaging

I've fixed this by recreating the project as technology.packaging.rtp. The other mistake is that the project id validation (which runs regardless of the fact that we "hardcode" the id) was being done incorrectly.
