The disassembly view only displays at most one source line per instruction.  This is due to a limitation of the disassembly view implementation in CDT.  This limitation will be lifted with bug 331552.

Insert line range

This patch makes use of the enhancement in bug 331552 to insert a range of source lines with a fallback when running with an earlier version of CDT where this enhancement is not available.
