its jetty7 but many places it shows up as 7.0 when it should be 7.1 or 7.2

would be better to version/brand it as jetty7 and jetty8 and leave the point releases out of plugin text I think

I have this changed so we have 7.1, 7.2 and 8.0 runtimes available
