Build Identifier: M20100909-0800 I get the following error every time I go to the help menu and try to "install new software" it doesn't matter what the external address is and I've tried connecting to non-fire-walled networks... symptoms don't change An internal error occurred during: "Contacting Software Sites". java.lang.NullPointerException Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.Deleted then reloaded software several times 2.Changed the IP addresses and eliminate them one by one. 3. Double checked several links, WiFi and E-Net Connections... no firewall
