Functionalities to integrate Remus in a running SDK:
* Navigation Filter for the Package-Explorer/Navigator
* Toolbar-Contribution for the desktop-panel with a separate TrayServiceImpl
The new TrayServiceImpl is neccessary because we have no access to the SDKs ApplicationWorkbenchAdvisor to hook a TrayListener.
