A bunch of SDO test case failuires/errors are occuring due to a change with null policy and composite collection mapping:

Core - Fix

CompositeMappingContentHandler
- Now a copy of the Attributes object is made, as parsers may reuse this object and it may be different by the time we need to use it.

XMLCompositeObjectMappingNodeValue/XMLCompositeCollectionMappingNodeValue
- The DeferredContentHandler is now only used when empty element represents null.
