allContents, allOfType and allOfKind are memoized in the EMF driver. This functionality could be extracted and made available for all EMC drivers.

This is now supported via CachedModel, and AbstractCachedModelConfigurationDialog.

Checked into SVN. Assigning to Dimitris for build integration, thanks.
