1. Run I20101122-2302.
2. Ctrl+3 > Close Pe
3. You'll see a bunch of commands.
4. Try the same with your inner, you will only see the 'Close Perspective' option. The same applies for 'Show View'.

Because the model doesn't support IParameterValues, there is no auto-gen way to get that information.

In the compat layer, I might provide it for "free" by simply filling in the CommandManager.
