Description Keith Chong CLA 2010-11-23 18:31:56 EST
The WSDL model doesn't resolve internal component references properly for WSDLs with no targetNamespace specified.

For example,

binding references
port type references
message references

are all unresolved

Workaround is to specify a targetNamespace.
