There is no check box for the PHPDoc for a file which should be automatically folded by default. Now it is folded automatically but this folding can not be disabled unless the whole feature Code Folding is disabled.

There is a checkbox for PHPDoc in "Window->Preferences->PHP->Editor->Code Folding"

Now PHPDoc for a file does not depend on that checkbox in Preferences. Roy told me that there should be a special checkbox about this kind of PHPDoc.
