When running the following valid script using the most up to date versions of Java, Eclipse, and the DTP plugins, the IDE 'hangs' for almost a minute. Script executes in under a second using mysql-query-browser. To reproduce create a SQL scrapbook file associated with a valid MySQL connection and paste in the attached SQL statements. Then perform an 'execute all' and the IDE will hang. Experienced using CentOS 4 + MySQL 4.1.22 + MySQL Connector 5.1.13. Note my scrapbook file was unsaved, but I that _shouldn't_ have made a difference. -- Configuration Details -- Product: Eclipse 1.3.1.20100913-1228 (org.eclipse.epp.package.linuxtools.product) Installed Features: org.eclipse.platform 3.6.1.r361_v20100909-9gF78GrkFqw7GrsZnvz0JWNTeb6fue6896L

This sounds more like a problem with DTP than Eclipse's generic support of IDE-ish functionalities.
Your absolutely correct.
I believe this is a duplicate of Bug 330568.
Hi Ladar, we believe Bug 330568 has been fixed. Could you test again, for example with Juno? Many thanks.
Fix in Juno confirmed. Appears to run smooth. Thank you.
Many thanks for your verification.
