Sounds like your Eclipse installation is corrupt or something went wrong with your datatools installation.

Does the problem persist if you get a new download?

Please describe the problem more thoroughly. What were you doing at the time this happened? Does it happen every time you open the view?

Moving to data tools.

This problem in the DTP SQL Results view appears to be due to a change in the organization of the Lucene plugins (org.apache.lucene) which are shipped with the Eclipse platform. The SQL Results view uses Lucene in the implementation of the result history. Lucene was refactored in Eclipse 3.7 to move all the classes in the plugin org.apache.lucene into a new plugin org.apache.lucene.core.

DTP 1.9 is built on Eclipse 3.6.1, which uses the old organization. The class loader apparently does not know how to find the Lucene classes in the new plugin.

I don't know how to fix this yet.

Please close this bug. I re-installed Eclipse and the problem didn't reappear.
