Linux-Motif using resolution 1024x768 
 
- open preference dialog 
- select Java->Editor 
 
Observe: dialog gets resized but positioned in a way that the bottom gets clipped.

I believe we check the display bounds (client area) on open.  Should also 
check when adjusting size.

The problem is that the client area includes the system tray. This should be 
verified one Bug 33659 is closed.

We can't fit this unless we get an SWT fix. See Bug 33659
