Toggle Mark Occurrences key binding (Alt+Shift+O) does not work.

Actually it does work but the state of the toolbar button is not updated.

Confirmed that the keybinding does work. The tool item does not appear to react to it though (and also seems to start off wrong if it's initially "on").
