Build Identifier: M20100909-0800

"Generate Entities from table" should alert in case persistence.xml is a readonly file - useful while the project is imported from source control (Ex: Perforce)

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
- import a JPA project from source control

NOTE: By default the persistence.xml file will be marked readonly

- now, run through "Generate entities from tables"

the wizard fails to update persistence.xml file / notify the state to user
