soap extensions from soap12 namespace are dropped (left out) from the WSDL metadata after it is parsed. 

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Import any WSDL with soap12 namespace extensions

WSDL with soap 12 namespace

If you import the attached WSDL you will see all the soap extensibility elements are ignored after the WSDL is imported.
