Installing RSE into Eclipse SDK 4.1M3 shows very problematic behavior that's not 100% reproducable but may make a Workspace unusable. See bug 323808 comment 9 for a potential fix.

Dave, could we apply this change?

I have no idea why there's code for setting the shell focus there.  Perhaps there was an historical issue but, as far as I can tell, there's no reason for it to be there now.  I'll commit the change.
