The AmalgamationUnit's "New Child" context menu doesn't display "Parameter" nor "Parameter Mapping", but shows two empty menu entries instead.
Also, the ConditionalUnit's "New Child" context menu suffers from the same problem.
Creation of Parameters or ParameterMappings is not affected.

Actually Parameters and ParameterMapping were created ;-) However, the menu entry was not shown correctly.
