Wouldn't it be nice to have a contextual action in the genmodel editor to initialize a new Acceleo Generator Project ? The initialized project would then have proper dependencies already set and templates + launch configuration could be initialized correctly using the genmodel information.

Furthermore that looks like quite a "natural" way of doing this for EMF users..

It's completely open for discussion :D
