Add renderingBinding

Attached patch adds the missing link between the TCF MemoryBlock and enabled memory renderings.

Thanks, Martin. At release review time I go through all the bugs with patches and fix them up anyway. I don't anticipate there will be many for TCF in the next release so I'm not to worried about it.
