Open BDD preferences Page> Block>Compartment visibility. 
Only BlockPartCompartment and 	BlockReferenceCompartment are available there, while Block has 6 compartments. It makes it impossible to allow to create Blocks with other compartments shown. 
Allow to configure visibility for all compartments of Block on its preference page.
