The OT/J Scanner suffers from a variant of Bug 330081.
Any of the following words will cause AIOOBE:
  thsupe
  thrsup
  throsu

the check for "throws" should branch to checking "tsuper" after
incrementing index more than once.

Correction: 
 the check for "throws" should NOT branch to checking "tsuper" 
 after incrementing index more than once.

The patch contains a test and a fix in both Scanner and PublicScanner.
