Description Stephan Herrmann CLA 2010-11-15 17:45:51 EST
The EclipseCon submission system has its very specific ideas about
how to escape certain characters in html-enabled fields such that
the simplest things are more or less impossible to enter,
notable, any single and double quotes will always be converted into \'
and \" respectively.

Throughout the years, abstracts and bios have been mangled by this
conversion, that obviously affects people of various provenance.
